WOW! I DID IT!

Friday afternoon, 12:00 on the dot - scared, worried, questioning the capability of completing this task, I did it! I clicked the button and joined the Zoom meeting. TO WHAT? You might ask. The event that changed my life, the transformational process of learning who I was - better yet, how was I going to deliver the material I learned. Giving of my time to others has always been easy, but discovering how to be a better coach - well person, that was the discovery through the certification process. Oh, Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute is not just a place, it is a process. I would never trade those 10 days that aligned my passion with my education.

If you are thinking you are not enough, do not have the time, or maybe you think you already have it figured out - welcome aboard! This sea we sailed was the beginning of a lifelong journey for me, Executive Coaching, and I will forever be grateful for what BECI has created within me. A fisherman needs something to catch what he is fishing. Rod, net, pole, hands - whatever it is - rarely do we go out to fish to just look and watch the fish swim by. I realized I was fishing in the pond, but had no realization I needed to catch something, it was time to get involved, not just sit there and watch.

I have now realized there are many different paths I would like to travel. Focusing on military members transitioning from military to civilian, the health care industry - medical professionals who are looking to realign their goals, and preparing to partner locally with the Domestic Violence Shelter to discover the road less traveled.
